Is this a good Book to teach self Algebra?

<p>Hey guys, I didn't do to hot this year in Algebra II [Got around a C], and I read that you need to be very good in algebra to be able to take Calculus courses. And since my up coming college major deals with Calculus [Up to 3]. I would like to teach my self some Algebra over the summer and get my skills stronger, so is this a good book to teach your self Algebra over the summer to prepare my self for Calculus and beyond?!! </p>
