Is this a good enough letter for SAP Appeal?

I became a single mom in 2015 and since then almost every semester something was going on that caused me to fail or to drop out. Now I am no longer able to receive financial aid. I have made a lot of changes throughout the last few months and i am hoping I will be able to receive financial aid again. Does this sound like a good letter? Anything I should change?

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is xxx and I’m writing to appeal my suspension of financial aid. I would like to explain the reason on why I have been failing so many classes, but before I do so, please know that I’m not trying to place blame elsewhere; I accept full responsibility for my actions that led to me neglecting my studies.
I am a single mom, working full-time while trying my best to take care of my almost 4 year old daughter. Her father has not much interested in taking care of his daughter or even spending time with her. At the most he will see her for a few hours once or twice a month. Unfortunately, I have no family in this country that could help me take care of my daughter so I can focus on homework, studying or taking exams. I have absolutely underestimated the time and effort necessary to be successful at xxx.
After moving into a new area last year I have finally found people that I can trust with my daughter and that are willing to watch her when I have to go to school or need some free time to study and do homework.
College has always been important to me but it has certainly become more difficult trying to attend class while also taking care of a child by myself and working. I would appreciate another chance to use financial aid to finish my degree next year at nova.

Sincerely

Made a few changes

Find out what your campuses SAP form looks like; most of the times it’s more based on evidence and some schools only accept certain extenuating circumstances… Letter looks good, you’ve addressed the issue, how you’ve fixed it and that you are ready to finish your education goals. Good Luck!
