Is this a good list?

<p>Thank you. I will probably cut out Columbia, GATech, and the California schools. I have heard great things about Rice but I think I will most likely stay on the east coast, which is why I am taking out those last 3. </p>

<p>I know you say that UPenn may not be the best bioengineering school, but they are still strong in that department. Also, my major may change so UPenn would be great since they are strong all across the board. </p>

<p>For CMU, their BME degree is designed to complement a traditional engineering discipline. If I went there, I would probably declare a ChemE/BME major. </p>

<p>I see the concerns with finances. While my parents do make a lot, my sister will be attending 2 years after me, so paying full tuition for UCSD is not the wisest decision. </p>
