Is this a good SAT plan?

Well I took it once in June and I got a 1620. I didn't do any prep at all. I tried to do atleast one practice test and read the BB one week before the test but I couldn't so I really had no prep. And PSAT I got 1600.

The books I have are the BB, Maximum SAT, Grubers, and Barron's.

This is my plan:

Read BB and take one practice test.
Read Maximum SAT drills/exercises/techniques and take another practice test.
Do Grubers drills/exercises/techniques and take 2-3 practice tests.
Read Barron's and take the rest of the 2-3 practice tests.

I'm only using the other books for the drills, exercises, mini-tests, and techniques. I'm not taking their full length exams.

Does this sound good? And I don't have high scores so I know I'm going to have a good amount wrong. If my question isn't in one of the stickies, do I just make a thread here?

bump…

yes. do all you can this summer and then take them in october and see how you do. spend equal time on cr/writing/math and see what piece increases the most, and then focus on what didnt. try again in november and possibly january.

Ok, I just didn’t know how to really use the books. But it seems mostly just using strategies from all the books and taking BB practice test in a nutshell to explain, lol :P

Thanks
