Agree about taking spanish but it is ultimately up to your counselor (not us) to decide if your schedule is rigorous enough.
Ask the counselor and based on this schedule, ask the counselor if he or she would check off the “Most Rigorous” box for course rigor on the secondary school report. If the counselor says yes, then you’re golden. If not (which I highly doubt), then ask the counselor what you can take to get that box checked off.
Most of the top schools recommend 4 years of foreign language. You can look up the requirements/recommendations online for some schools you are thinking about.
Ask your guidance counselor if this schedule is enough for him/her to check the most rigorous schedule box on your applications.
You should take at least 3 years, preferably 4 years of Spanish. I’d drop AP Psych and probably the Art History unless it’s a particular interest. Otherwise take it - great course! Rigor really varies by high school, but at my kids’ high school 8 or 9 APs stretched out over all four years was generally considered plenty.
I would like to take Spanish in school, but Biotechnology takes up one of my elective spaces and it is a requirement. (I go to a school I am not zoned for, so I had to enroll in an academy) I could make the AP Lit/Lang BLOCK into just AP Lit, and then do Spanish 4 Honors senior year. I am aiming to graduate in the top ten of my class. (411 students)
AP Stats is really easy. Usually AP classes differ in difficulty as the teachers are different, but it’s pretty much a consensus that AP Stats is not very difficult.
