Is this a good schedule?

<p>I'm majoring in Bioengineering</p>

<p>Chem 1A
Math 1A or 1B ???
BioE 10
BioE 24
E98</p>

<p>14 units total</p>

<p>I was going to add an R&C course on there, but that would give me about 18 uints - something the counselors/group leaders at CalSo advised against for a 1st semester freshman.</p>

<p>As for my math class:
I got a 5 on my Calc AB test which I just took in my senior year, and I'm wondering if I should move on to 1B or not. </p>

<p>I know the recommendation is that if you get a 5, move onto 1B.</p>

<p>However, I kinda wanted to take it easy my 1st semester and adjust to the new teaching style and everything. What do you guys think?</p>

<p>I'd recommend moving onto 1B so you can get the hell out of math ASAP.</p>

<p>Also, you might want to reconsider taking the BioE 24 seminar. Get R&C out of the way while your classes are easier so that it doesn't screw you over bigtime in your harder courses, such as Physics 7 series and Chem 3 series or your upper divs.</p>
