Is this a good sign?

I received a letter today from Fordham that was postmarked on the 18th and it said that they urgently needed more info for financial aid. They wouldn't bother sending that so late in the decision making process to a rejected student, right?

i dont know, im just considering it as a general notification to incomplete financial aid applications

Same thing happened here two weeks ago and D got an early acceptance. Good Luck!

That's good to hear:)

Good Sign! ;)

Does it mean anything I was able to create a My Fordham account?

I got the same letter today, and I live in California.

I’m hoping its a good sign…fingers crossed.

StevenSeagal, I was able to make a My Fordham account too!

Is that a good sign? The site says it’s for new students, doesn’t say anything about prospectives. And we can see like…what I’m thinking actual students can see. Any current students care to give some insight?

Edit: There’s a tab at the top for New Applicants…So this probably doesn’t mean much. :frowning:

But decisions are coming soon!

Damn, oh well :(

Well, I don’t know. Maybe I’m grasping for straws here, but that tab leads to a section strictly for financial aid awards. And it shows which documents are missing concerning FA. So it’s a section for new applicants, but seems geared toward accepted applicants, rather than everyone in general. If we weren’t accepted, why would we need to see offers for FA?

Haha, I feel semi-pathetic. Do you live in Manhattan? You could get your letter in the mail today.

Nah I live in Oregon. Do you live near DC? I grew up in NoVA for 16 years

I was live in w.maryland, like an hour & half away from DC.

And hey, I think the FA letter was a sign! I just got in today! So hopefully it’s the same for you.

Oh damn that’s great news! Congrats!
