Is this a good Subject test score?

Well,
I am from Indonesia - non-english speaking country - and took US history subject test. My score was 680. I studied for the test in less than six months.
What do u think of my chance to get into an ivy?

I think that the problem with intls is that it's so different from one country to another. I'm from Venezuela and I don't have any connections with the US or with its school system. Venezuela has one of the worst educations in the world. My SAT's II were:

French: 740 (No prep, had been in France for 3 months)
Lit: 720 (No prep, I'm not an english native speaker and I learned english at school)
World History: 690 (Only saw WH in 8th grade)
Math IC: 610 (No excuses... I just suck at math!)

So... what's the conclusion? Did I do well for my circumstances? I think so. Should colleges care? I think not...I mean they want the best, right? and unfortunately there are lots of other students who are better prepared. The question is: Do colleges know how is your educational enviroment? If so, how much weight does it have in their decision. I'm sure my results were very good for a Venezuelan, but probably not for an Asian.

^^ they do take the circumstances to an extent. They have to/hope to fulfill a certain quota for each region. They compare you to applicants in ur region as well as applicants in the entire pool. I'm guessing if u did very well in ur region, that would certainly be a plus. And have u applied already? If so, it's pointless to agnize over ur scores now. Only 9 days (for ivy leagues) until u find out!
