<p>It has to be. Anyone can try to transfer. All college students can do so. For them to put it in the decision letter it has to be more than a regular transfer.</p>
<p>Yes, it is a GT. I got the exact same letter last year for CALS, and now I’m awaiting my official acceptance as a GT one year later.</p>

<p>The website shows a high acceptance rate for external transfer for CALS, but it includes transfer agreement and guaranteed transfer, so I don’t know the exact percentage…</p>
