Is this a "likely" e-mail?

I received this e-mail yesterday and am wondering if everyone got it or whether it says something "more." (RD, decision scheduled for January 30.)

I got the same email. Doesn't sound to me like it's anything more than an acknowledgement that the app is being reviewed.

I've heard some say it is, while some say don't look too much into it.

when I applied (accepted last yr) I never got one, but ive heard of some people saying that they soon got accepted after receiving a letter like that. Are you in or out of state, maybe it has somehting to do with being out of state by chance? Anyway, good luck.

When I applied last yr., I got one and i got in! So possibly it is. I didn't do anything especially amazing in hs to deserve a "likely letter." But I never really looked at it that much after i read it but I definitely remember that i got a letter like that.

I'm on the fence about this message. I'll call it a semi-likely.
