Is this a MYTH? about the SAT?

Ive heard that if you take the SAT, or an AP for that matter, and you realize after youve finished taking the test, that youve completely bombed it, or you know you didnt do well, that you can like, not sign it? or just rip it up, and the score will not be counted? Is this true? Cause if so, thats REALLY good and will put me at ease. The thing is, i can tell everytime i take the PSAT which ones i get right, and which ones i get wrong. The scores werent even worth looking at, i looked at them for like 5 seconds, cause i already knew how i did. Is this allowed?

You can cancel your scores at the test center, yes.

^ agreed .

Does the same hold true for AP Examinations?

yeah can that work for AP's too? as well what do you have to do? just tell them, im not handing this in? or just like..what?

If after you take an AP and get the score back is it true that you can still cancel them afterwards or just choose to not send that particular one to a college? All help is appreciated.

no, it will show up.
unless you intentionally leave it off, which is lying on your application and is a no-no.
just like if you take the SAT twice, both grades show up. they say they "take" the best score. but they see both. its slight bs.
