So I keep hearing that every UC schools likes to see an upward trend in high school as far as grades improving goes. My upward trend of grades in high school is pretty extreme. I just got my final grades of first Semester Junior year and got straight A’s with 4 AP Classes. (4.67 W 4.00 UW) which is the first time I have ever had straight A’s in my life. My high school GPA’s go.

Freshman Year
S1: 3.57 (No weighted classes)
S2: 3.83 (No weighted classes)

Sophomore Year
S1: 4.00 (Weighted) 3.67 (Not weighted)
S2: 4.17 (Weighted) 3.83 (Not weighted)

Junior Year
S1: 4.67 (Weighted) 4.00 (Not Weighted)

To the UC Schools, (Especially to the more selective ones like UCSD, UC Davis, UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine) will the fact that I improved so much over the course of high school be considered a positive thing, or will the fact that I got a few B’s freshman and sophomore year make them look down on me? I know UC Schools don’t calculate freshman grades into UC GPA, but I still got B’s in fairly easy classes like core Biology and Spanish 1, but just got A’s in hard classes like AP Calculus, AP Chemistry and Spanish 3.
