I usually exercise after lunch, but today I am sooooooooo tired and dont have the energy so im going to rest. Would it be okay to exercise after dinner(6 or 7ish) ?

Considering I know a LOT of people who exercise after dinner (especially since the gym at my school is packed at night)…yes. In fact, it doesn’t matter what time you go exercise, so long as it works FOR YOU.

Lol thanks. The gym seems to packed all the time here. I was just wondering if it was bad on my body but thank you.

It really depends on your routine. However, it’s never recommended to exercise on a full stomach, but you should have a snack or something beforehand.

I’ve heard that it’s best to exercise your body in the morning and your mind in the evening. Of course, it would be nice if we could 100% optimize our exercise/diet plans, but that’s not possible. The important thing is that you go and make the effort.

Thanks everyone. Exercising in the morning just isnt possible for me, but its better than sitting around doing nothing.

I usually exercise in the afternoon, my roommate does whenever (noon-11 pm).
Right before bed makes it hard to fall asleep, though.
