Is this College List Realistic????

Safety: College of Charleston, TCNJ, Boston University
Target: NYU, Boston College (kind of...maybe a little bit of a reach), University of Richmond
Reach: Columbia University, Bowdoin, Cornell, Tufts

So basically I was just curious what opinions you guys might have about the list above based on my scores/gpa. Is it realistic/what other schools should I look into??

weighted GPA: 4.4
unweighted GPA: 3.8
Rank: 15th out of 400+(Junior Year/school still hasn't calculated new one)
Competitive Public High School
SAT: 2090 (CR: 600, M: 740, W: 750) <<although i="" am="" retaking="" it="" in="" the="" fall="" to="" raise="" reading="" score.="" sat="" ii's:="" bio="680" chem="790" (might="" retake="" math="" ii="" december="" for="" schools="" apply="" regular="" decision="" that="" require="" because="" got="" a="" 640="" first="" time="" :="" )="" ap's:="" took="" 4="" honors="" plus="" ap="" junior="" year="" getting="" my="" gold="" award="" girl="" scouts="" national="" honor="" society--="">Lead Director
plus 5 other clubs (including Student Council)
Field Hockey all 4 years
Lifeguard + Tutors on the side + Helps w/ my church
Senior Year: 3 AP's plus an honors class

Applying to the art & sciences colleges</although>

Might be forgetting somethings but here's a lot of it

Your GPA isn’t bad and that is a great ranking for a competitive public high school. Obviously you need to bring up the SAT for the reach schools. But other than that I think you could get into all your safeties, all of your targets, as well as Tufts. The others are reaches (but they are for everyone) but yeah that list is definitely doable.

Chance me back if you want.

Get your SAT up for your reaches. Boston college might be a little bit of a reach as well. I would say with higher subject tests and SAT 1s you will be fine.
Good luck!

If you dont get your SAT to 2150+ cross Tufts and Columbia off your list. Keep in mind that Bowdoin is test optional so if it a top choice consider applying ED.

BC and NYU are reaches for you. I urge you to check out UMiami, GWU, Villanova and Tulane University in NOLA. They’d be good matches for you and would give you merit $.

Seems like those are reasonable Universities for your scores. Will you chance me? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1537872-chance-me-please-i-will-chance-back.html</a></p>

College of Charleston: Safety
TCNJ: Safety
BU: Low match/Match
NYU: Match/High match
BC: High match
U Richmond: Match (beware the waitlist)
Tifts: Reach
Cornell: Reach
Bowdoin: Reach
Columbia: Reach

Might add Holy Cross to the list-school has great science programs and fantastic alumni network. Like Bowdoin, Holy Cross is SAT optional.
