Yes, I’m still going to take PreCalc over the summer.

Since you’re in Spanish III this year, why don’t you take Spanish IV next year, and then reconsider AP Spanish Lang for your senior year? That’s what I’m doing.

I got to take Spanish I in 8th grade, so I’m taking Sp IV next (junior) year. I’ll have all of next year to decide whether or not I want to take AP Spanish Lang my senior year. I really think I’m going to, despite the challenge, because it will really demonstrate to colleges that I actually finish things I start, and am willing to challenge myself as much as possible. (You know, unlike the kids who only take Spanish I and II in their HS because that’s often all that is “required” of them )

Our schools are different. Spanish IV is only an AP class. I e-mailed my teacher and she said the only class I could take in order to continue being an officer (unofficial though) is to take a class called PASSPORTS, which is a class where we travel to local elementary schools to teach 5th grade students Spanish.

dont be such an overachevier…

junior year, i say take 5 MAX… to keep your GPA at a good level.

senior year, you can be like me and take 6… dont do anything in them, and study 2 weeks before all the AP tests and feel confident that you did well… lol

btw… most Medical schools have a max amount of AP credits you can transfer…

even if you dont take the AP, med schools dont care (they only care about your undergrad and MCAT)
