Is this encouraging? Should I take it as a good sign?

I recently just finished my first semester of college and the grades came back yesterday. I haven’t checked yet because despite putting in my best effort this semester, I’m paranoid I got a C or something. I know it’s ridiculous and I need to just check. I received an email from my college dean this morning and it reads as follows:
Dear Melissa,

Congratulations on an excellent academic performance this semester. Well done. I hope you’re enjoying your break and looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks.

Do you think this is a good sign or do you think he sent this to all of his advisees? Please give me some encouragement!

I know it sounds ridiculous but my heart starts racing and my palms get all clammy when I go to check my grades.

I think it’s a good sign; if he marked your name, then it’s likely that he’s addressing you.

You can probably check in with a couple of friends and see if they got this message.

Hopefully your name is Melissa!
