Is this freshman schedule too crazy?

I've got about 30 AP credits, but I'm doing a double major in CAPS and Econ, so I'll spend the fall semester of my junior and senior year away from Ithaca. Because of this, I kind of need to load on the credits for my first two years. Do you guys think this schedule is too much for a first semester? Thanks!

Schedulizer: Fall '09

isn’t the max 18 credits for first semester?

I think all freshmen are allowed max 18 credits, but you can petition the dean of your college if you want to take more.

Lulz, get ready to die.

Wait, why are you not going to be in Ithaca fall semesters of Junior and Senior year?

You won’t get into Greek Mythology, period, so cross that one off your list. (It usually fills up with seniors, and any junior who gets in is considered lucky.)

Check on JTF. Greek Mythology is overcapacity already.
And no it’s not that bad. 3130 might be a bit difficult, but only if you’re not a quantitative person (I barely studied for the final and I got a 98 on it. Meh).

The deciding factor would be Chinese.

ansar, with caps Jr year you go to washington & senior yr you go to beijing

your schedule isn’t crazy at all. greek mythology i heard is very easy. chin 101 is easy as well. your hardest class probably is econ 313

Thanks, lost4words09.

LOL Chin 101 isn’t hard? Every person I know who took Chin 101 spent ALL of their time studying for it. Making flashcards, memorizing vocab, practicing their stroke orders, etc…

would the other chinese class CHIN 1109 for people of chinese descent be as hard?

i’m chinese and i’ve gone to chinese school for 8 years, but i still feel like i need to start from the beginner level. still, i already know a decent amount of vocab, know my stroke orders, and can speak quite well.
