is this good?

i got a 28 as my composite score

math 32
english 28
reading 28
science 25

i was looking for a 30 but im not sure if this is good.

It is prety good - puts you in the 93rd percentile. How good for you personally really depends where you are planning to go. For most State Us it is good for admissions - but merit type scholarships probably need it a little higher. (I am basing this solely on our 2 big flagship Us where a 28 will more than guarantee you admission - but a 30 will get you a nice tuition waiver once you are there). For more selective schools it probably needs to be a bit higher.

Composite-32

****ing science is going to keep out of stanford

will schools like UMich, UCLA, UC Berkeley, UNC still accept these schools despite the crap science?

i would retake but idk if a can pull of that 35 and 36 again

I got a 31 composite
English 31
Math 33
Reading 33
Science 27

Since I live on the east coast, I dont really know how good this is. Is this good enough to get into Brandeis, Case Western, or University of Maryland etc.?

Hopeful - you won't lose anything by trying again - unlike the SAT you can chose which score dates you want to send to your schools. So if you retake it just make sure not to put any schools down then pay the extra to send it after you take it if the score is better. Science seems to be a lot of peoples problem. My D has taken the ACT several times (for scholarship purposes). She is consistantly in the 30s for everything but science where she has had (in this order) a 22(sophomore year), a 30, a 25 a 23 and a 29. And she went to a math/science school and is planning to major in science!

I think the general consensus is that a 28 and up is pretty darn good.

well im looking to get into gtech, rutgers, penn state, or U of illinois @urbana

28 good enough
