Is this legit?

<p>I attend a CC in Florida and I recently received what was called a "Special Invitation from The National Scholars Honor Society". It said that I can apply online at <a href="http://www.collegehonors.org%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.collegehonors.org&lt;/a>. I went there to check it out and there is an application fee which makes me weary. I am a member of PTK which has a fee but is legit. Does anyone have any info about this at all? Heard of it? Is it a scam? I've asked around at school no one really had any info. Thanks all in advance.</p>
