I just received an invite to the 2007 Black Students Association Invitational to spend 3 nights on campus with students and attend classes and social functions. Anyway, on one of the sheets it says that my chances of admissions are excellent and students who receive this invitation are almost always accepted (when they rarely do get rejected it's because the office of undergrad admission has received new information about the applicant that made him/her less favorable... i.e. drop in grades)....
should i be happy and hopeful???????????????? (PLEASE SAY YES!!!!!!!!!)

That is a likely. Do a search for "Minority Likely Letters". There is an entire thread on this.
