Is this normal?

<p>I applied to Stanford RD in early November...gave my couselor the secondary school report form. Right before winter break I got an e-mail from Stanford saying they received the form..but it was blank. My counselor has messed up transcripts before, so I went to her with a second form and asked her to fill it out. She told me she mailed it out before the year was over.</p>

<p>When I checked the status of my application, it said that the school report form and my transcript are STILL missing. If she did send it out, then is a month and a half's delay normal? If not, would mailing in that form so late affect me? (not officially, but late materials never make an applicant look very good...)</p>

<p>I'd try to call the admissions. They might ask you to fax the form again.</p>
