My score did not change! All my subject scores stayed exactly the same! Is this normal?

That happened to my son too. He had the same composite for 2 tests, took it a 3rd time and increased by 2 points, and also pulled up his essay score. He stopped taking the ACT because he really thinks that he scored as high as he is going to score on the test. BTW, he prepped for all 3 seatings.

It’s a possibility they stay the same, but there is a 55% chance of getting higher and about equal chances of getting lower or staying the same as the rest of the percentages go. Did you have the same exact numbers for each section? Are you sure the rounded composite was the same? I guess its unusual to have identical scores, but getting the same score is normal.

My composite was the same twice. However, the individual sections were different.

All my individual scores were EXACTLY the same…nothing lower or higher…and I studied! it just seems very odd that nothing even fluctuated one point up or down even with a new curve…

does anyone think I should send in to have it rescored?? I just feel like its too coincidential to get a E-30, M-28, R-30, S-25 twice!
