One of my schools had an October 15th deadline (early action). I submitted my application on the 10th and let my counselor know to send materials from my high school (transcript, letters of rec, etc.) on the 11th....if my materials do not arrive at the school by the deadline (which was Friday) am I still considered for admissions? On the website where I can check what materials have arrived it says my transcript still hasn't arrived, but my guidance counselor sent it out on the 11th. Is this okay & when they do arrive will I still be considered for admission even though they arrived late?

First on top of my head, I think the deadline means the APPLICATION itself. The materials, say, transcripts, LOR can be arrived later than deadline. This is true for most colleges.
They just need the application itself to document you.

But is it true for every college? I have no idea. Call the college tomorrow to save your life.

I’m sorry to have to ask this question on your thread, but I can’t figure out how to start my own thread and I really need some advice! Can anyone explain to me how I can post my own thread?
