Is this possible?

Hello,

The situation that I am in is kind of confusing but I will try my best to explain it in the best possible way. I am wanting to transfer to UCSB for the Fall 2013 semester. What I wanted to know is if it is possible to do this regarding the circumstances that I am under. For the last two years I attended Santa Barbara City College in which I was able to accumulate 61 units in total. I applied for UCSB for the Fall 2012 semester but was denied. I decided to attend San Francisco St University this Fall 2012 semester because that was the best college available out of the colleges that I had been accepted to. I am going to take 15 units this semester at SFSU and probably going to take 15 to 16 units again in the Spring 2013 semester. I can't back out because I already have a loan and lease that I am obligated to stay with. I still feel however that UCSB is the school for me and that is why I want to know if this is possible. What I wanted to know was if it is somehow possible for me to be able to transfer from SFSU to UCSB next year. I have more units from attending SBCC at 61 units then I would have from attending a full year at SFSU so would I be considered a CC transfer still? Please if you can tell me any options that I might have that would be great.

any help at all? please?
