Is this possible?

I am going to be a junior in high school and am very interested in going into International Relations. I am currently looking at Georgetown University, American University, George Washington University, Tufts University, Johns Hopkins University, and Columbia University. Georgetown is my absolute dream school. If you have any other suggestions for schools I should look at, please comment. I am wondering which of these colleges I can most likely get into or not and what I can improve on. My statistics are as follows:

Aim for 32+/2150+…

Thanks for the advice. Anything else?

Honestly, the only thing hindering you is the test scores. You should post in a weeks time after you have retaken them to get a more accurate assessment. I see you got a 30 on the PLAN test, which is basically the pre-ACT. So, aim for a score in the same vicinity, maybe a bit higher. With your current scores, the 27 ACT (it is better than a 1700 SAT), I’d say you have a good shot at American U and maybe GWU.

Also, remember that essays usually count more than scores at the caliber of colleges you are looking at. A 27 IS hurting you at the moment, so you should definitely take a couple practice tests before the big day next week.
