I’d go with a shirt with a collar ( polo or button down shirt).
Sorry yes it is a long sleeve Henley but I wasn’t sure if that was too casual. This is at a Starbucks so I thought it was nice enough without seeming out of place.
I do agree that I’m stressing over this too much though. Thanks for the advice guys.
