This is my senior year schedule..

1-Physics 2 AP
2-Biology AP
3-Chemistry AP
4-AP BC Calculus
5-Lunch
6-Government AP/ Macroeconomics AP(semester 1 and 2)
7-English Literature AP
8-Wrestling

I know it will definitely be a challenge, especially because I'm jumping up from a couple regular classes (Regular Chem 1 --> Chem 2 AP/ Regular Pre-cal --> BC), but do you think it is doable?

I am seriously considering dropping wrestling and dropping down to AB calc.. advice please?

Wow, I’m taking 4 APs next year and the seniors I know call me crazy… It’s supposed to be some disease taking so many APs in senior year and people end of not being able to handle them.

Damn, I’m jealous.
At my school, AP science classes are two periods long (except for Physics B).

I would have loved that schedule!

Drop a science. Is it really necessary to take all 3? If you want to learn all of, then I’d advise a self-study w/ or even w/o taking the AP test. You can still learn without the crazy work load. Just my .02

Thanks for the replies everyone!

This would be my schedule without BC and Physics 2… a little bit of a compromise

1-Off
2-English 4 AP
3-Government AP/ Macroeconomics AP
4-AP Chemistry
5-Lunch
6-AP Biology
7-AP AB Calculus
8-Wrestling

I hope to major in something like pre-med or related to pre-med such as biological _____… Not sure yet…

I’ve already taken Physics B and if I get an A in AB I’m pretty sure I’ll be good in math and physics for a science major, eh?

I just want to make sure I have a strong foothold in bio and chem before college…

Go for the original! Your APs are very similar to mine.

Wrestling is a class at your school? I also wrestle and for us it’s just an after school thing. Do you practice during school time?

for block 1 you can take a study hall or a really chill class such as foods or cooking or textile designs haha. or you can sleep in lol.

Yeah we wrestle from the beginning of 8th period until sometime after school depending on the day. You don’t HAVE to be in the class, but if you want to be on varsity you do.

Don’t forget about AP Lunch ;)

That’s pretty tough. I got somewhat overwhelmed by AP Physics and AP Chem this year. AP Bio (the test) should be easy, but I don’t know about your class. If you’re naturally good at physics, it should be a breeze. Just remember to stay focused.

The prerequisite to the class is that you must be able to chow down 10 taco bell soft tacos in under 20 minutes. And also a large coke.

Anyway, my schedule for next year:

English for the native speaker

Study Hall

AP Gym

Study Hall

How to be a Daredevil 101

AP Lunch

AP Study Hall

Religion in Literature and Film

Just so that you know ‘pre-med’ is not a major. Pre-med is like a ‘track’ if you will that helps you meet all of the requirements you’ll need for med school.

@rubberducky3, i get what you’re saying, I just meant that I will most likely major in something related to science while filling all the med school requirements.

also premed is actually considered a major at some schools
