Is this the admission letter for SUNY Binghamton?

I received an e-mail w/ the title: Congratulations, you're the one we want.
Inside was a picture with the same words and a link for a short flash animation/movie.

1)Is this this the admission letter?
2)If yes, when will I know how much FA I will receive?
3)I thought that SUNY Binghamton wasn't rolling admission?

Thanks!

Are you a transfer student by chance? I believe Binghamton university only uses email for transfers to notify students if they are accepted for rejected. Incoming freshman are notified via the U.S. postal service; however, do not quote me on this.

Binghamton is rolling admissions, just like all SUNY schools are. As for your second question, I have no idea.

Hope this helps!

No, I’m not.
I’m an American that’s currently living and studying abroad.
It says that fall admission will be e-mailed and that spring admissions will be posted online I think.

I didn’t know that all SUNY schools have rolling admissions…
I also applied to Stony Brook.

Thank you =)

1) Well, yes and no. There is a physical letter that you should/will receive in the mail. I received my letter last week and I just received the email video tonight. Your letter probably got delayed in the mail. Congratulations!

2) I believe that they will let you know your financial aid in March.

3) I thought it wasn’t rolling admissions either…but I guess it is. Their website says they will let you know by April 1st, so I guess that includes anytime before April 1st.

Oh, okay thank you =)
I’ll keep an eye on my mail…
It should be arriving soon…

I applied regular decision and got the letter in the mail on Thursday, but that same email came just yesterday. Don’t worry, you’re in. The letter just hasn’t come in the mail yet.
