@OHMomof2 I think it is a stretch to conclude that ED poaching is now “allowed.” Rather, NACAC is not pursuing a legal case to bar it. I think ED agreements will still be in place and most GCs, families, and colleges will honor the letter of the agreements.
As I said before, it appears we are simply back to the state of things in 2017. If we didn’t smell the ‘end of ED’ in 2017, then nothing in this article makes the situation different today.
