I am a Biology pre-med student with a biochemistry and psychology minor, I'll be a sophomore in the fall 2014.
I am taking Biology 112, Bio 112 lab, chem 112, chem 112 lab, a fitness class(mandatory for my school) Abnormal Psychology 338, Humanities, Comp 102(I am not an experienced writer, so it takes more longer than the average student to write) This totals 18 credit hours
Is this course load too heavy? I have a 4.0 right now and I need to maintain it. ....Is this too much in one semester?

Well, it depends. Are you a strong chemistry student? Biology should be relatively easy with decent study habits as well as your other ones besides chemistry. I’d say chemistry would be the most difficult plus the lab. I’m not saying it won’t be difficult, but I don’t know you as a student. I think you should be able to handle it, but I don’t know about maintaining a 4.0. You don’t need a 4.0…you just need upwards of a 3.5.

Good luck!
