Well my 10th grade schedule is gonna be like this
AP cal
AP Euro
AP Chem
English 2 honors
Is this too much for a 10th grader ?

My friend took AP Bio, APUSH, AP Chem, AP Stat, and Honors English II his sophomore year. It entirely depends on the school, but he got fives on all the AP tests.

No. I’m taking 6 AP classes and I’m a sophomore.

You can handle it, trust me.

It depends on how strong of a student you are and how well you do in the subjects. I’m absolutely HORRIBLE at math and science and when I my junior year here were my grades:

AP Lang: A
APUSH: B
AP Euro: B
Algebra II (Adv): C
Chemistry (Standard): C. :/

I took AP Bio, AP Euro, AP Music, Honors Algebra II, Honors English, and Honors Chem sophomore. Totally doable.

Which AP Calculus, AB or BC?
What other classes do you have? If that’s your entire schedule, it is certainly doable. Even if not, it looks doable; Calculus and Chemistry are not lots of work, while Euro and English may be quite a bit work, but English may not be hard in terms of grading (nor will calculus); Euro may be the only class with lots of work and difficult grading, while Chemistry may have difficult grading but little work.

Even so, that definitely looks doable.

Its AB not BC and that is my entire schedule.
And thanks guys appreciate all of the feedback !

Yeah, it depends on the type of student you are. If you are smart and studious enough to handle it, then by all means take that schedule.

It’s totally up to you.

For some people it would be a walk in the park and for others it would be an odyssey to hell and back.

I’m also a sophomore and I’m taking AP Stat, BC Calc, IB Chem, APUSH, AP French, pre-IB English, and an Art history class. So far it seems doable and I’m handling it reasonably well, obviously it’s a little early to judge.

As far as your classes:

AP cal - Not too much work as long as you’re alright at maths.
AP Euro - I have 2 friends taking this (also sophomores) and they say it’s not too bad. It seems to be a lot of work though.
AP Chem - Again, not too much work as long as you get what you’re doing in class
English 2 honors - Depends on your school, but form my experience Honors English classes are total bs. Again, this totally depends on your county’s curriculum

I say: Do it! But, in the end, a bunch of internet strangers can’t make this decision for you.
