okay, so i'm sending my update letter thingy tomorrow (late, i know!), and i was wondering if i could send artwork. not like photos or drawings, but cross-stitchings and stuff i like to do (and am pretty good at, though i've never sold stuff or entered competitions). is this too weird? i think it is, but several people i asked seem to think not. i'm not trying to kiss up or get recruited for stitching (lol), but i just want to demonstrate my other uhhhh talents. :)

It is kindof quirky but that is not a bad thing. Harvard has tons of kids with great stats and doing something unique will set you apart as unique. At very worst it will not do you any harm.

Don't send the originals because you'll never see them again. It would be OK, though, to send pictures of what you do.

okay, thank you to all!

update letter...what would I write in mine if I didn't like really win a major award b/w the time I applied and now?

^Don't send one then. LOL!
