<p>Will it be tough if I start with CS 61a in the Spring semester? I mean are all the main classes usually offered in the spring semester? I don't want to end up taking the 61 series with "bad professors" or skip a semester in between maybe because something wasn't offered.

<p>Hilfinger is supposed to teach CS 61a in the spring and he’s one of the harder teachers. So it might be tough if you start in the spring semester.</p>
