Is this true?

<p>Where did you get that? Half the high school kids in CA. would be ineligible by this standard.</p>

<p>I can't think of anything that would give an automatic rejection from the UC's, except falsification of records or not filing an application.</p>

<p>yeah not true. someone i heard appealed to Riverside and got in because he had a D in a class. he had loads of ECs though.</p>

<p>Because extenuating circumstances are always taken into account, even not meeting eligibility requirements doesn't cause an automatic rejection.</p>

<p>I got a C in 11th grade English, and a C in a Japanese Language Community College course. Here I am at Cal =)</p>
