"UCI has been releasing decisions in small waves, starting with their top applicants. It first informed its "Top Ten" lists of Regents and Honors, then shifted to admitting ELC students in small packs, then those with a 4.0+ UC GPA, and will finally inform admitted students with the lowest stats on March 28 or March 29. Lastly, it informs those rejected at the very end."
=[

I know a couple of people that have been rejected as well.

I am still waiting on my results though. This really is a nerve wracking experience. What is the logic in releasing the decisions in waves like this?
