Is U of C still going to mail international students their decisions?

if so... when?????

oops.. i meant e-mail not mail... lol

I'm another international, and I believe UChicago doesn't email any decisions. I'm pretty sure you can call at some point if you haven't gotten your letter...

I read somewhere tho, that they do email international if they have been rejected or waitlisted! If true, hope not to get such an email!!

thats actually what i was talking about.. because before they said on their blog that they were going to email internationals who have been rejected or waitlisted on the 22nd... so i don't know if its still like this this time..

well has any1 heard anything??

no email...

Im not sure whether this applies to me tho, Im a US citizen living abroad....

I'm a citizen living abroad too...I want MY letter!!

ok well as far as i understand from the blog...we'll get an email in 7-10 days telling us if we were rejected/waitlisted. other than that we'll get express which i think arrives in about 4 days...so possibly by tus or wed of next week. unless the weekend counts.. o well now to wait for Friday the 30th..
goodluck all

No email received so far. I believe it is only because they are not sent at all :-(

If any fellow international applicant got any email (admit/reject/waitlist), please kindly let us CCer know. Thx!

i wish they would tell us what day we will be emailed if rejected or waitlisted!

For EA, rejections/deferrals were sent about a week after mails were sent. If you don't get an acceptance via UPS before Friday or Saturday, you can pretty much assume you're rejected or waitlisted. However, from what Libby has stated on the blog, it might be a bit different for RD this year.

they use UPS? ups worldwide expedited or express?
