<p>basically it kinda means the earlier you turn in your app, the better your chance of admissions.</p>
<p>More like it means you have a large period for submitting your application and once submitted you usually find out in about less than a month if you got in or not</p>

<p>Not the technical definition, but that could be true. Rolling admissions means there is a deadline, but you can turn in your application anytime before this deadline. </p>
<p>WHEN you turn in the app is when they review it. You will find out your admissino status pretty soon, from 2 weeks to a month.</p>
<p>This also could mean better chance of admissions, because I believe each university has a capped amount that they matriculate.</p>
