I'm a senior in high school and I'm trying to narrow down my list of colleges. I plan to major in psychology and minor in fine arts..what are those programs like at UConn? I'd like to know if I should consider applying there and if their psychology and art programs are good. I think I have a fair chance of getting in; my weighted GPA is 3.5 and my SAT score out of 2400 is 2010.

If there is someone here that could answer that, that would be great. If not, I would suggest visiting the school and those departments specifically.

NUG beauty of UCONN is it a mile wide and a mile deep on majors… traditionally UCONN is known for its hard sciences like engineering, agri, bio, chem, nursing and but also Psychology and Business… A high % do take pysch around 10 I think … they have expanded their Lib Arts programs … History is particular strong …

best advice may be to contact school or e-mail dept heads … also they tend to look at M & CR so focus on that for your scores…
Good Luck !
