Leave for once northwestern or UofChicago. I know my profile is not of that level. So, UIC good for computer science undergraduate in chicago or should I consider Depaul or Loyola.

Stay away from UIC. The school has alot of budget issues right now.
UIC has a decent Comp Sci program (top 50ish I believe) and, as someone coming from India, you will really enjoy the fact that there are a lot of other Indians coming straight from India as well who are in the Comp Sci program (I’m indian and so are all my friends).
