If you are already a University of Maryland student and want to switch into the business school, you need to go through a competitive application process. If you do not have at least a 3.5 after completing all your gateway courses and are not involved in extracurricular activities if it unlikely that you will be admitted into the school. Being admitted as a freshman is also more competitive. While SAT score for the University range between 1170 to 1380, the Robert Smith School of business has an average SAT score of 1360.</p>
