<p>A lot of colleges (and by colleges I mean advising departments) at Maryland require some kind of transition course. A reason that very few people will have signed up for it are 1) there aren’t as many spring admit freshman, and 2) there’s only been 2 orientations for spring students so far. Yes, it’s an easy A. You do get some good info in the class (I know a bunch of people who teach and TA the course, and most of them like their students and vice versa).</p>
