Is USC engineering a "backdoor" for rich kids?

<p>I applied to the electrical engineering masters program at USC. I keep hearing (and reading) that USC, although highly regarded and well funded, has a reputation for pretty low admission standards. It's also pretty spendy.</p>

<p>Any students/alumni have an opinion on the quality of education there (and/or the students and faculty) in the engineering school, particularly the electrical eng dept for graduates?</p>

<p>I have no idea about the standards of USC but i want suggest you to not follow the things you have listened just have talk with experience persons, they can better guide you.</p>
