of course i know yale school of drama is one of the best acting schools there is, but i don´t know much about the undergrad program. is it a good school overall? does it give good performance opportunities, internships and conections in the industry?
Hi @belltvr - Yale provides excellent performance opportunities and definitely the name and alumni connections will help fledgling actors! I know a couple of actors who chose Yale over excellent BFA programs. Keep in mind that it is NOT a BFA program - it’s a BA and so it will be focused on the academic aspects of Theatre more than the performance aspects. I would look at the Drama curriculum to decide if it’s a good fit for you but I wouldn’t hesitate to consider it for undergrad if it is.
