<p>I don't think so, and I don't see why it would be too late. You should get your scores back by November some time or even September depending on the date.</p>
<p>This is my plan too! Along with a probable SAT retake, ugh...</p>
<p>September ACT is totally fine...even for Early Action/Decision.</p>
