This thread is completely random. I guess I am just too anxious....

Yes it is… and you are not anxious, I am ;-)

I am not anxious, I am just impatient can’t wait for HS to be over…light at the end of the tunnel.

Careful leafblade1354, that light could be an incoming train…

No, I smell trees. Not smoke. I’ve got enough decisions back to know I’ll be fine next year. :D

Nope. My decision is sitting on my bed.

Yeah, I’m sooooooooooooooo nervous at this point. The worst feeling is when all of your friends already knew what college they were going to in December and you still have to wait until April 1st. It’s nice when you have your first acceptance, because then you can say that you’ll at least be going to college.

It would be great if colleges would just send out rejections/ acceptances once the decision was made. I can understand that people on the borderline, the adcoms need more time to evaluate and decide. But for those clear admits/ rejects it would be great if they could let people know earlier. Although they probably make last minute flip flops all the time, so it probably won’t work.

12 days, 20 hours, 14 minutes, and 35 seconds until HY decisions!

Apparently, BU will be updating the site next Friday? Or so a kid in my class says. My literature teacher has granted him permission to check on his phone. Maybe I’ll do the same.

WhoTF wants to check admissions on the phone? So that you can start crying in class when you’ve been rejected? Or be awkwardly celebratory? I checked out both of my Cambridge decisions online, my pooling (waitlisting) and eventual fishing (acceptance). It was a horrible idea each time.

Despite my combative opener, I respect your opinion.

Aw. That is what I am worried about - being rejected. I didn’t care about the supplement and used “hungry” as one of my adjectives (hungry for knowledge!) - so I am not expecting any bright news.

The friend, on the other hand, is ranked highly in the class (top 10) and has great scores. He’ll get in.

I am tempted to pull the whole “Oh, that’s odd… it won’t let me log in…” thing if I do get rejected.
