Issue with a Self Reported Class...Help Please

Hey all,

Recently I was admitted to UC-Berkeley. I’m trying very hard in school to meet all the conditions placed on me for admission, however today I ran into a bit of a concern. Today, I received a copy of my transcript for fact checking purposes, and I realized that one of the middle school classes I had marked down for “High School Credit” was not actually a high school level class. I was very confused and contacted my middle school for clarification. They had said that while yes, they had said the class was “High School level” it was not for credit. Now I’m terrified that this mistake may cost me admission and I was wondering what my next move could be, there is a probably a high chance I’m just overreacting but it doesn’t hurt to ask.

I think you are worrying for nothing! I can’t imagine Berkeley could care less. Just call them and explain. They don’t use your information anyway-they get it from the transcripts-so you can stop worrying. Just call them tomorrow so you will know for sure you don’t have a thing to worry about.
