Issue with getting transcripts

Here's my situation: I attended FAMU from Fall 2006 till Fall 2008. I did ace/pass a number of classes. I'm now back in SD and taking classes at a community college. However, with deadlines being what they are, I wanted to apply for transfer this fall. If I can get my hands on an unofficial transcript (basically a print out of my grades), I could clear some pre-requisites and hopefully transfer by this fall. However, I do owe the university about 8000 dollars, mostly due to financial aid not covering the whole cost for the last year I was there for. Hence I can't get an official transcript. I just need a print-out to get cleared for some classe. I just need some advice on how to handle this...as I'm kinda tired of retaking classes I aced/passed already...and I want to get out of here...and move on with my life...

Thanks,

P.S.: What's the real difference between an official and unofficial transcript, seriously?

The UCs require official transcripts in order to verify your coursework (in July, after you are accepted). If you cannot produce the official transcripts, then your acceptance gets revoked.
