<p>Does/did anyone else have this problem?? Cornell never sent me the email containing the PIN number, so I contacted tech support. They sent it to me but the login didn't recognize my PIN or my email. I must've contacted Cornell at least four times for help but they keep telling me the same thing, which is to change my password, but seeing as the system won't even recognize what I enter, that's impossible.</p>
