<p>I copied and pasted the username and password that I was sent for the Penn Applicant Portal into the spaces on the portal website. The site continues to give me the "Username/password incorrect" prompt. </p>
<p>Now my account is locked. </p>
<p>I tried to reset the password but the link sent to me came up as an "Error 404" page when clicked. </p>
<p>Is anyone else having similar issues?</p>
<p>Happened to me too, and a few days letter I got an email like this:</p>
<p>Your password for the MyPenn Applicant Portal was reset by the portal administrator.
Your access had become locked from too many attempts at entering your username and password incorrectly.</p>
<p>Sent me a temp password and the issue got resolved. I was pretty confused at first cause I made sure the info they gave me was exactly what I entered.</p>

<p>Yay my Penn Portal has been fully updated! Just wondering…does everyones’ says “Outstanding Application Material” in red letters on the home page?</p>
<p>I was excited that it might be a secret message to me from Penn but then I realized that everyone probably gets it lol :c</p>
<p>…Lol, by outstanding, I believe they mean, not yet processed, or perhaps not even received.</p>
<p>What do you mean? All of my materials have been received. There’s a checklist lol.</p>
<p>If the checklist says that everything has been received, than you should be fine.</p>
<p>Mine says outstanding as well…dang it I thought I was special. I think that it means if you have anything missing it will be below “Outstanding Application Materials”. If the checklist is all good then you should have nothing to worry about.</p>
