Hi, I'm currently studying for Math II in May and I'm using the 2009 Barron's book currently. Throughout my time using the book I've come across a few answer explanations that are correct but seem to list the wrong letter answer. Has anyone else had similar "issues" or am I just losing my mind?

You are not losing your mind. I used the same book and I remember that it was littered with errors. I remember that a few of the problems in the book were messed up too (they forgot to provide information, too many variables etc.). Just don’t let the errors affect your judgment on test day.

I’ve only seen a couple, but I still don’t get how they can publish a book with these types of errors in it. It seems like they never review it after writing, so it comes across as very unprofessional.

It’s like that with most review books, but Barron’s especially. I find that they seem to crank out books every year and the goal isn’t to create a work that’s especially efficient or easy to understand, but to just publish something.
